HYPERLAP provides professional sports timing and competition management tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

As a timing platform, HYPERLAP facilitates the processing of race data. While we strive for extreme precision (millisecond level), the accuracy of results depends on proper equipment usage and user input on the field.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the HYPERLAP platform are owned by HYPERLAP LABS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HYPERLAP LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
